Key Responsibilities
If selected for this position, you will perform the following tasks:
- Configuring applications according to client requirements.
- Collecting configuration requirements from business teams.
- Completing configuration tasks within the stipulated timeframe.
- Assisting with software configuration and maintenance.
- Supporting the core team in system analysis, design, development, and testing.
- Implementing and testing patch releases and system upgrades.
- Maintaining configuration records and documentation.
- Implementing client-requested changes in a timely manner.
- Promptly resolving configuration issues.
MIS Management and Reporting
In this role, you will:
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Maintain client documentation.
- Keep all configuration records up to date.
- Complete any changes requested by clients in a timely manner.
Delivery and Quality Expectations
