What will you need to do in this job?

If selected, you’ll work on the Service Desk team, where your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer technical issues via phone, email, and the ticketing system.
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Creating and updating tickets in ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Providing customers with the status of issues in a timely manner.
• Escalating issues to the L2 or L3 team if they are serious.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction (CSAT).
