Job Role – Testing (WAM)

As a Testing professional within the Wealth & Asset Management practice, you will play an important role in ensuring software quality and reliability. You will work closely with development and business teams to validate software functionality, identify defects and support successful project delivery.

The role provides exposure to modern testing methodologies, enterprise applications and consulting projects serving global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Software Testing

• Support functional, technical and process testing activities.
• Participate throughout the software development life cycle.
• Execute test cases and validate software functionality.

User Acceptance Testing

• Assist with business and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure software meets business requirements and quality standards.

Quality Assurance

• Identify, document and track software defects.
• Help improve product quality and performance.

Team Collaboration

• Work effectively within agile and collaborative teams.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders.

Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with testing tools, technologies and industry practices.
• Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new skills.

• Analyze software behavior carefully.
• Maintain accuracy while handling multiple testing assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech degree in:
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
  • Circuit Branches

Academic Requirements

• Minimum 60% marks throughout academics.
• No active backlogs at the time of application.
