Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for Line of Business (LOB) applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams and end users to resolve application-related issues.
• Monitor and improve system uptime, performance, and efficiency.
• Coordinate software patching, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance existing technologies.
• Create technical documentation, specifications, and support guides.
• Build relationships with clients and third-party vendors.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science or related field.
• MCA graduates are also eligible to apply.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of experience in Engineering, Technology, Application Support, or similar roles.

Technical Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL queries.
• Understanding of SQL databases and administration.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with VMware ESXi and VMware vCenter.
• Basic understanding of SAN/NAS storage systems.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity is an added advantage.

Required Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
