Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Assist customers via voice, chat, email, or non-voice channels.
• Resolve customer queries and issues.
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues (for Technical Support roles).
• Accurately log and update support tickets.
• Meet process quality and productivity targets.
• Adhere to the company’s data security and compliance policies.
• Work in rotational or night shifts as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria for this recruitment:

• Candidates who have passed Class 12 (HSC) can apply.
• Diploma holders can apply.
• Graduates or post-graduates from any stream can apply.
• Freshers can apply. Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience are eligible.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam is essential for regional language processes.

Salary
