Infor will hire you as a Software Engineer Associate on the Mongoose platform team, focusing on designing and delivering scalable software applications. Your daily work involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and the modern .NET Framework. You’ll participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from architectural discussions and technical decision-making to debugging and solving complex technical problems.

At Infor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, QA, and UX, to ensure a seamless product lifecycle. This role follows Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and emphasizes a culture of performance, reliability, and security. At this company, you will also have the opportunity to understand data structures and algorithms and learn about cloud platforms and backend development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable enterprise software.
• Write clean and maintainable code in C# following SOLID and OOP principles.
• Collaborate with UX and QA teams to deliver best-in-class user solutions.
• Identify, debug, and provide resolutions for complex technical bottlenecks.
• Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Skills & Eligibility

• Education: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• OOP: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Fundamentals: A solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Database: Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server) and experience with NoSQL.
• Version Control: Experience using Git for source code management.
