Job Role Overview

The selected candidate will be part of the Insurance Operations Team and will handle various processes related to Life Insurance and Annuity policies. You will be responsible for key tasks such as addressing customer queries, policy updates, claims processing, and documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Administer life insurance and annuity policies.
• Issue new policies and process policy updates.
• Examine and verify insurance claims.
• Maintain accurate records of policy documents.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Provide information regarding coverage and policy benefits.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Collaborate with underwriting and business teams.
• Escalate complex insurance cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documents.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements for this recruitment:

• Regular graduation from any recognized university.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience may apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of the insurance domain will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work 100% in night shifts.
• Mandatory office-based work during the training period.
