Job Description

As a Service Desk Analyst in Cognizant’s Digital Workplace team, candidates will serve as the first point of contact for global clients experiencing IT-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting technical problems, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth operation of enterprise IT systems.

Selected candidates will work with modern ticketing systems, provide support for hardware and software issues, and collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex problems within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

The position requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for international customers facing technical issues.
  • Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and operating system-related issues.
