Eligibility Criteria
Applying candidates must meet the following criteria:
- At least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA in graduation.
- Passing 10th and 12th is mandatory.
- Core Mathematics is mandatory in graduation.
- Applied Mathematics or Business Mathematics will not be accepted.
- A maximum of 1 active backlog is allowed at the time of online assessment.
- All backlogs must be cleared by the 6th semester.
- There must be no gap during graduation.
- A maximum gap of 3 years will be accepted between 10th grade and the start of graduation.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
Service Agreement
Selected candidates will:
A 60-month (5-year) Service Agreement will be required.
Bond value will be ₹75,000 (pro-rata basis).

Selection Process
The selection process for Wipro WILP 2026 will be conducted in three stages.
Round 1 – Online Assessment
Total Time: 80 minutes
This will include:
- Verbal Ability
- Analytical Ability
- Quantitative Ability
- Written Ability Test
English Speaking Skills
- Communication Skills
- Pronunciation and Conversation Evaluation
Round 3 – Business Discussion
The final stage will be a Technical and HR Discussion with the candidate.
