What does this job entail?

As a Cloud Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain Kubernetes-based cloud platforms, support deployments, and keep cloud applications stable and secure.

Key Responsibilities

Upon selection, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Support microservices deployments on Kubernetes platforms (AKS/EKS).
  • Monitor Kubernetes workloads.
  • Validate application deployments.
  • Restart and maintain services as needed.
  • Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and Helm charts.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of container-based applications in Azure and AWS cloud environments.
  • Work closely with DevOps and application teams to maintain a stable and reliable cloud environment.
  • Maintain system performance and compliance.
