Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage compensation and mobility-related data for globally mobile employees.
  • Support payroll and relocation processes by maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants and relocation service providers.
  • Update and maintain employee information within assignment management systems.
  • Prepare and review documentation related to employee mobility, compensation, and relocation policies.
  • Generate reports and maintain records to support payroll and compliance activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis functions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information responsibly.
